SHIPPING
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link for your blind once it is shipped.
ORDERS
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order on our online store is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you have provided.
CANCELATION
Since your blind is custom-made for you, it is generally not possible to cancel orders. However, if you do have to cancel your order for some reason, please contact us within three business days. If your order is not yet being manufactured, we will cancel it for you (a 5% cancelation charge will apply).
GST
All our prices include GST.
PROCESSING TIMES
Usually your custom-made blind should be delivered within 3 weeks after your order.
INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
All our blinds come with detailed installation instructions.
MOUNTING
Since different mounting surfaces require different materials, we do not supply screws and fasteners with your order. Get in touch with us if you are unsure what screws to use for your mounting surfaces.
